Entitlement certificates

After receiving an own motion recommendation from the Judicial Entitlements Panel, the Attorney‑General must issue an entitlement certificate if the Attorney-General accepts the recommendation, or varies or accepts part of the recommendation. These certificates set out the entitlements of judicial officers.

The following table summarises each of the entitlement certificates currently in effect, whether in full or in part, including those issued under the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995, which are taken to be entitlement certificates under the Judicial Entitlements Act 2015.

Each of the entitlement certificates summarised in the following table can also be accessed using the relevant document links published at the bottom of the page.
